Operaria Markus
Markus Fabricius

Operaria’s owner Markus is a highly experienced professional in sales, marketing, and demanding customer service.

During his career, he has worked in the shipping industry management, as a board member, and a CEO in the media industry. He has also been involved in several international startup projects. During his studies and early career, Markus worked as a freight forwarder and even as a garbage truck driver; so far, this is the only time having a truck driver’s license has been of use!

Markus is an experienced human resources manager and service design developer for whom continuous self-development has always been a natural part of his career. He completed his Executive MBA studies in 2007 and since then has completed yearly courses in personnel assessment methods typical of the human resources industry to continuously develop his skills.

Harri Tuomela

Harri comes from the heavyweight division of industry and is an experienced leader also in the field of subcontracting that serves industry.

Harri, who worked as an owner and manager in the SME sector, has a background in logistics and production management, among other things.

In his career, Harri has worked in international research and development projects, in management team and board positions, and managed demanding international project business, where customers are large international process industry companies.

Harri’s background provides a good starting point for serving his customers in the comprehensive development of the company’s business. Recruiting personnel for key positions is a central part of this whole. Harri is also an experienced manager of people and shift work himself, and is therefore able to relate to the diverse recruitment concerns of his clients.

In his free time, Harri enjoys various forms of exercise. Running and gym are part of the normal weekly rhythm, and in the summer, golf sweeps away this “Northern boy”. Harri is interested in always acquiring new skills. He still has basic skills from karate that he used to practice, and his self-made violin from construction hobby.

Jussi Tuisku

As an executive search consultant, Jussi is driven by one core motivation above all else: finding the right people for the right roles – in a way that genuinely advances the client’s business.

His strong background in general management, international assignments and demanding turnaround situations enables him to quickly understand what an organization truly needs, both now and in the future.

Jussi has extensive experience in building teams and recruiting leaders across a wide range of industries, including retail, recycling and circular economy, technical building services and facility management, export-driven businesses, steel trading and steel construction, as well as shopping centers, real estate development and property-related businesses. His expertise also covers key roles within sales and marketing, partner searches, and international recruitment projects, particularly in Ukraine and Estonia.

For Jussi, executive search is a trust-based partnership. Success is measured not by filled positions alone, but by smooth day-to-day operations and sustainable, long-term results.

Outside of work, Jussi values family, nature and an active lifestyle. Traveling holds a special place in his life – with Spain being especially close to his heart as he spent his childhood there. A culture and language he is always happy to return to.

Nadiia Senkevych

Nadiia has a strong grasp of what attracting talent requires in the competitive labour market. At the focus of her work is inspecting an organization’s demand to find the best possible matches for the most sustainable outcome.

Nadiia has extensive experience of HR personnel processes, operational efficiency, onboarding, HR-administration, and HRIS. She has built her career in a variety of roles within international IT companies and medical supplies distributors -– and has thoroughly enjoyed it all. Through recruitment and direct search, she has concretely played large part in turning a Ukrainian startup of 5 people into a nationally recognized, mid-sized 120-persons company.

Nadiia likes cycling, hiking in parks and forests, and swimming on weekends. She also enjoys reading books, traveling and cooking, meeting new people, learning new things, and developing new skills.

Marcus von Schantz

Marcus is an experienced finance manager, tax expert and SME manager, who has been responsible for diverse financial matters in international and domestic organizations in his career.

He has been closely involved in the launch and development phases of startup companies, as well as in the localization of the business operations of larger international companies to the Finnish market. Multidisciplinary and multicultural change processes and their management are among Marcus’s core strengths.

Marcus worked for twenty years as an entrepreneur in a medium-sized accounting firm that offered comprehensive financial management services. Marcus, who calls himself a mixed business worker, not only has a strong educational and experience background in corporate law and accounting, but also a deep understanding of, among other things, the personnel processes of SMEs. Recruitment and various personnel strategies have been part of Marcus’ job description for 25 years.

In his free time, Marcus enjoys boating, sports and traveling. Marcus, who lives in archipelago of Espoo with his wife, teenage son and his cat always spends part of the year in Hanko and under the Spanish sun.

Stefan Forsberg

Endurance is his word of honor. He always goes the extra mile to attract the top talent for his clients, and he looks under every stone. Stefan gained his comprehensive knowledge from executive and operational roles within Nordic and international companies. He has a broad network of global contacts and has completed several international stints.

Paul Olson

Paul has extensive experience from international leadership and management roles, including global teams.

A professional headhunter with a Doctor’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy. He uses his international experience to help business leaders create successful organizational change and accelerate leadership development. Paul is our anchor when it comes to evaluate personalities and to identify leading edge talents.

Leif Törnblad

Leif’s academic background is an MSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Copenhagen.

After a successful career with international and Nordic companies at the executive level, he went into executive search and management consulting. Leif has particularly excellent knowledge of working with Danish/Swedish companies in the Öresund area. Leif has a good sense of matching the right candidate for the right job and does it effectively.

Lisbet Steen

Lisbeth is driven by a clear focus on supporting business strategy, strengthening leadership and developing organizations in ways that contribute directly to the bottom line.

She believes that even small, well-targeted initiatives can create significant value – as long as the right priorities are chosen and progress is made measurable.

Through roles in strong, value-driven companies, Lisbeth has built solid experience in HR and leadership development. Having worked in organizations with a full value chain, she brings a holistic understanding of how strategy, leadership and day-to-day operations connect – from executive decision-making to the operational engine room.

Lisbeth is passionate about leading and driving transformations that strengthen culture, structure and results simultaneously. As a certified executive coach, she applies a coaching-based approach in leadership development, executive search assignments, sparring and the resolution of complex HR challenges.

As a person, Lisbeth is curious, results-oriented and highly committed. Her direct and down-to-earth approach, combined with a strong belief in matching the right talent with the right responsibilities, forms the foundation for sustainable, long-term impact.
